Interact: press E near an object, or choose a room action below. Your character will walk over and do it. Sit at the computer to trade; Space opens or closes your position. P pauses everything.

Stay human: drink, eat, nap, stretch, read, call Mom, get fresh air, tidy up, or water your plant. Each action has a cost, benefit, and cooldown. Focus slows energy drain. Stress makes it faster. The market keeps moving during actions.
